Welcome to RhythmHaus (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of RTMHS.com (the “Site”) and any related services we provide, including our radio stream, podcasts, and community features (collectively, the “Service”).

By using our Site or Service — whether as a guest or registered user — you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please step off the dancefloor (close the site) and come back when you’re ready to groove by the rules.

2. Who We Are

RhythmHaus is operated from Southampton, United Kingdom. We celebrate dance, house, and disco culture through radio, podcasts, and digital content. Our contact email is legal@rtmhs.com.

3. Accessing Our Service

Access to our Site and Service is provided on a temporary basis. We may update, change, suspend, or withdraw parts of it at any time without notice.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or engage with community features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at legal@rtmhs.com.
We reserve the right to deactivate or remove any account that breaches these Terms or disrupts the rhythm of the community.

You agree to use our Site and Service only for lawful, respectful, and rhythmically positive purposes. You must not:

Upload, share, or distribute content that is defamatory, hateful, obscene, discriminatory, or infringes on anyone’s rights.

5. Community & Content Standards

If you contribute content — such as comments, mixes, tracklists, show uploads, or other user-generated material (“Contributions”) — you agree to follow these standards:

Your Contributions must be accurate (where factual) and genuinely held (where opinion-based).
They must not contain offensive, defamatory, or unlawful material.
You must own the rights to any music, artwork, or text you upload.
You must not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with RhythmHaus.

We may moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these standards or harms the RhythmHaus community spirit.

6. Radio Shows, Podcasts & Submissions

If you submit music, mixes, or radio content to RhythmHaus, you retain ownership of your material but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to broadcast, reproduce, and promote it across our platforms (including Mixcloud, Spotify, and partner outlets). This helps us share your sounds with the world while you keep the rights to your work.

We will never sell or redistribute your work without your consent. We simply want to help good music reach more ears.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on RTMHS.com (excluding your Contributions) — including text, graphics, logos, and audio — belongs to RhythmHaus or its licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, but please don’t copy, reproduce, broadcast, or remix our content without permission. Respect the creative work of others; we’ll do the same for you.

8. Reliance on Information

Any information, commentary, or content shared on our Site is for general entertainment and information purposes only. While we aim to keep everything accurate and up to date, we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free. Dance at your own risk.

9. Changes to Our Site or Service

We regularly update and refine our Site, features, and content. We may suspend or close parts of it temporarily or permanently. We’ll do our best to keep things running, but sometimes even the decks need a reset.

10. Our Liability

We’ve taken care to ensure that RTMHS.com is accurate and safe to use. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Any loss or damage arising from using or being unable to use our Site or Service;
Any third-party links, integrations, or external platforms embedded on our Site;
Any user-generated content or actions of other users.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you breach these Terms. This may include removing your uploads, disabling your login, or reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. We’d rather not — but the community vibe comes first.

13. Linking to and from Our Site

Feel free to share RhythmHaus links — we love that. But if you link to our content, please do so in a fair and legal way that doesn’t damage our reputation or imply association without permission. We’re not responsible for the content or reliability of any external websites linked from ours.

14. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction, though we hope it never comes to that — we’d rather settle everything over good tunes and a Greggs run.

16. The RhythmHaus Clause (a.k.a. The Sausage Roll Settlement) 🥐

At RhythmHaus, we believe in community, respect, and groove. If you break these Terms — intentionally or by accident — you may be legally or morally obligated to provide the RhythmHaus office with unlimited Greggs sausage rolls and yum yums. While not enforceable by law, it’s enforceable by conscience (and hunger).
