Legal

Last updated: 14 October 2025

Welcome to the not-so-sexy side of RhythmHaus. This is where we keep the official bits that keep the disco spinning safely — our policies, promises, and (lightly buttered) legal speak. Don’t worry, we’ll keep it painless.

🔐 Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information — whether you’re tuning into our radio shows, signing up for updates, or just having a little boogie on RTMHS.com.

We take your privacy seriously, even if we don’t take ourselves too seriously. No shady data-selling, no dodgy fine print — just transparency and vibes.

🍪 Cookie Policy

Cookies aren’t just for dunking. Our Cookie Policy explains how we use tiny digital biscuits (and pixels, tags, and other clever tech) to keep the site running smoothly and measure what makes you move.

You’ll find details on what cookies we use, how long they last, and how to control them. Sadly, they’re not the chocolate-chip kind — but they’re still sweet.

📜 Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions are our rulebook for hanging out on RhythmHaus — the fine balance of freedom, respect, and groove that keeps the community happy. It covers everything from account use to content standards, radio submissions, and our famous Greggs clause (yes, that’s a real thing).

🤝 In Short

We’re here to celebrate dance, house, and disco — and to do it fairly, transparently, and with good energy. Read the above if you’re into details, or just remember these three things:

1. Respect the community and the artists.
2. Keep your data and cookies in check (we’ll help).
3. If you break the rules… you know the drill: sausage rolls and yum yums for life 🥐🍩.

📬 Need to Reach Us?

If you’ve got any questions about our legal pages, privacy practices, or whether custard-filled counts as a “yum yum,” drop us a message at legal@rtmhs.com.

Stay safe, stay respectful, and keep the rhythm alive.
